This is my first project in designing a modern style villa. A residential owned by a Middle Estern. On March 27, 2011 start working initial at their Family Living area that includes the Main Stair, Kitchen & Family Dining.
This is my second progress render that leads to most sopisticated design and presented as 3d Blockout(white).
3rd rendering comes up some innovation that will engulf with mechanical moving tv stand 180 Degree's on the sitting area
4th design includes the lighting and more detail interior.
5th redering is in most conservative way. That would be available in the location.
6th design is improve design on stair from glass to Metal balustrait
